At Jacob's Piano Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't hit the right note, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
